• When
  booking an appointment, do not CANCEL to book another appointment
  because you choose/booked the wrong Style, Day, Time or want to
  reschedule DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE TRANSFERRED to the appointment date you
  want to keep. Text the number for assistance we will reschedule the
  appointment for you if you are having trouble to do so.
• You
  are allowed 1 reschedule with the same deposit. No more than a Week
  apart. If you need a later appointment you will need another deposit.
• Appointments can’t be rescheduled less than 24hours before the appointment.

ALL TIMES ARE ESTIMATED … (EXPECT DELAY) YOU WILL RECEIVE A NOTICE ..WE WILL TRY TO MAKE SURE WE SERVICE YOU IN A TIMELY MANNER.

• They may take longer on some then other depending on the clients hair.
• Make sure you come on a day that you have nothing else to do.
• Do not make plans right after the estimated time, you might not be done on time.

IF YOU DON'T EMBRACE YOUR NEW GROWTH, KNOTLESS BRAIDS MAY NOT BE FOR YOU. I WOULD SUGGEST GETTING BOX BRAIDS.

• If your color is not listed you may bring your own hair (our price will not change)
• We carry more colors in store not listed, you are welcome to get any color you want when you come in.

• $20 NON-Refundable or Transferable Deposit is Required for ALL styles and $20 is CREDITED towards Total Balance
